Graduate Programme
Graduate Trader Programme
Many of our Over-The-Counter traders join via our flagship graduate programme, essentially an entry-level route into trading. You’ll join, go through intensive classroom-based training, trading simulators and on-desk coaching, then move straight onto a trading desk. The learning curve is steep, but with the right support our traders vie to be the best in the market.
